A custom domain is entirely optional — your site works perfectly well on the free address we give you. £5/month hosting undercuts typical site builders (commonly £10–£30/month) by 50–80%.
What's the catch?
Genuinely, there isn't one.
Why is the build free?
Our hosting infrastructure costs us almost nothing to run at scale, so we make our margin on the £5/month rather than on the build. The build being free is simply good business, not a loss leader.
Is my site actually mine?
Yes. If you register a custom domain with us, it's registered in your name. You can leave at any time and take your content with you.
What if I need changes?
Reasonable updates to your live site are included in your £5/month — just get in touch and tell us what needs changing.

What do I actually pay?
Nothing to have your site designed and built. Once it's live, £5 a month covers hosting, security (SSL) and reasonable updates. A custom domain is optional, from £2/month.
How long does it take to go live?
Most sites are designed, built and deployed within a few days of our first conversation, depending on how much content you can give us.
Can I get changes made after launch?
Yes — reasonable content and design updates are included in your £5/month hosting. Just let us know what you'd like changed.
What about my own domain name?
Optional. We can register one for you (from £2/month depending on the ending) or point an existing domain you own at your new site.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel your hosting whenever you like. If you registered a domain through us, it's yours — we'll help you transfer it out.
Do I own my website?
Yes. It's built for your business, not licensed to you — there's no vendor lock-in beyond the hosting itself.
